AC Tasarım is manufacturing Military Standard EMI Cable Shields Copper Braids, Polyester Braid Sleeves, Meta-Aramid (Nomex) Sleeves, Flexible Conduit Braids and AA59569 coded series of Flat and Tubular Wire Braids. We are the first and only manufacturer from Turkey listed as manufacturer in Digi-Key, Wiremasters, Powell and TTI-RayQ. AC Tasarım have JOSCAR Accreditation, VG Certificate from VDE Institute, Bundeswehr Certificate. Our products are NATO NSN Coded.
It is obtained by braiding from tinned copper wires. It has high shielding efficiency and low surface transfer impedance values with computer optimization and quality control automation. It has high expansion and contraction capability with its super elasticity. The easily removable PVC guide hose facilitates assembly, as well as maintaining the EMI cable shielding braid form. It is produced in 11 different diameters from 3mm to 40mm. It is suitable for cable shielding in military standards.
Polyester Braided Tubing is suitable for the mechanical protection of harnesses, hoses and all other applications where exceptional flexibility combined with superior abrasion / cut resistance is required. It acts as an economical tool for wire bundling that will not retain heat or moisture, easily expands to fit irregular shapes, then shrinks for fit and grip. To prevent fraying, it should be cut using a heated knife or a sharp cutting tool. Application temperature range is between -50⁰C and + 150⁰C.
Meta-Aramid Braided Sleeving are produced for applications where protection against high temperatures and fire is expected, especially in the defense industry, civil and military aviation rail systems and shipbuilding industry. It is made of non-flammable meta-aramid (NOMEX®) material. Working temperature is between -60°C and +240°C. When exposed to high humidity or extreme temperatures, it can maintain its integrity at temperatures above 245°C. It is flexible, it can be expanded for easy installation over large lengths. Stainless steel spiral hose used as a steel body is a general purpose high quality connection hose. It is made of AISI 304L Stainless Steel material. Tin plated copper wire is supplied by knitting on a steel body. It is produced in 10 different diameters from 10.7 mm to 62.4 mm.
