IDEF’21 MESSAGE OF PROF.DR. İSMAİL DEMİR, PRESIDENT OF DEFENCE INDUSTRIES AND CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF TAFF
The further development of the Turkish defence industry in recent years has enabled the platforms, systems and capabilities of our companies in several areas to be demanded in the foreign market. In order to maintain this demand permanent, the international cooperation activities we will carry out at IDEF will also be quite beneficial.IDEF, which we will organize for the 15th time this year, is among the most prestigious defence industry fairs in the world. High-level government and private sector officials from all over the world participate in IDEF.
IDEF 2021, which will be held under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, will host platform, system and material manufacturers in the defence, security, maritime, aerospace and aerospace industries.
At IDEF where the participant companies will be provided with every mean in promoting their potentials and capabilities, our companies will have the opportunity to exhibit their platforms and systems, developed indigenously and nationally.
We consider that IDEF 2021 will be a significant platform where we will have opportunity to review our ongoing activities with the countries in close cooperation in the defence industry.
